CERBAIE BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO | Italy | $65
After at least 3 years in large barrels of Slavonian oak, this selected Sangiovese acquires a seductive, subtle sweetness that persists with impossible length. It is enveloping and intense, ethereal aroma with fruity notes, well blended with hints of the sweet wood in which it refines.

BEDROCK OLD VINE ZINFANDEL | 2016 | California | $65
From vines averaging 100 years of age across the Sonoma valley, this Old Vine Zinfandel is an explosion of pure, decadent fruit. Floral huckleberry and Chinese five-spice powder aromas open to layered blackberry, dark chocolate and licorice flavors that linger. A zinfandel that will not disappoint.

FORTUNE CABERNET SAUVIGNON | 2017 | California | $55
Fresh nose of black cherry, vanilla, and touches of mocha. The palate is full bodied with pure notes of cherry, red berry intermingled with caramel and hints of blackberry.

DIVISION PINOT NOIR “UN” | 2020 | Willamette Valley | $15 | $55
The aromatics are savory and significant. A deep spicy earthy undertone in the nose features ripe strawberries, cherries, and dark earth tones. The palate is unique with a balance of fresh herbs, wild berry concentration and mid-palate minerality.

MAS DE DAUMAS GASSAC “PONT DE GASSAC” | 2019 | France | $14 | $50
A delight with red meat, game, duck, and spicy dishes. Choice of old vines and terroirs with strong personality. Deep, ruby red in color with an expressive nose. Red berries, powerful, round and warm tannin.

LE PASSAGE COTES DU RHONE | 2016 | France | $13 | $45
The Cave de Serignan vineyard in Rhone Valley is surrounded by forest with a balanced soil that results in great acidity and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel, this Cotes du Rhone offers notes of sweet strawberry and tart cherry.
