    LARKMEAD CABERNET SAUVIGNON

    100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the estate’s Cortina Gravel terroir. This ruby red Cabernet gracefully combines in balance and elegance where no component overshadows the others. With a dark berry fruit, cedar nose, and flavors of black currant, cassis, and mocha, this wine has soft tannins and a lengthy menthol finish.

    ERIC DEMUTH

    From the southwestern flank of Mt. Veeder in Sonoma, this old world style cabernet shows remarkable depth by opening with irresistible aromas of ripe blackberries, tobacco, forest floor, and currants and moving through your palate to a velvety finish.

    This Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine with berry and floral aromatics and a lovely structure.

    The Seven Spring’s Estate Pinot Noir is fine, expressive, and bright with red cherries and subtle herbs. Elegant, fresh, and floral with a lively green edge.

    BARBARESCO NEBIOLO DE FORVILLO

    As a traditional wine of the De Forville estate, this Barbaresco marries alluring aromas of truffles, berries & rose blossoms. Aged for 18 months on 35 year old vines, this wine is emblematic of the work done in the Piedmont region of Italy.

    FORADORI TEROLDEGO ROTALIANO

    This is Elisabetta Foradori’s introduction to Teroldego and the unique terroir and traditions connected to that vine. Full bodied yet graceful, this wine flows with its female roots producing a supple palate with sweet cherry, plum, and raspberry.

    BREZEME COTES DU RHONE SYRAH

    Aged 10 months in first and second year oak, this wine has an elegant and complex nose with notes of plum, cherries, violet, and vanilla. Full bodied with a well-rounded finish.

    This Pinot Noir is a blend of California vines. It has a bright cherry top note followed by a smooth spicy freshness.

    COLTERRIS (Cabernet Sauvignon)

    This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon originates from Theresa’s Vineyards, just south of Palisade on the picturesque Western Slope. It is rich in color, has intense fruit flavors, robust character and has been aged in French and American oak barrels for 21 months.

    LA MANARINE COTES DU RHONE

    From the Southern Rhone region of France, this wine is rich with tart cherries swathed in a bouquet of spring flowers. With subtle silkiness and glinting mineral overtones La Manarine trails off in a spicy flourish.

    PIERRE ET PAPA ROUGE RED

    A 50/50 blend of Grenache and Carignan from Herault, this rouge is a dry, medium tannin wine with a berry jam base and warming spice finish.
