    Dinner at the Cookhouse is $85.00 per guest for our summer season (excluding alcohol, tax, & gratuity).  Skis, snowshoes, and headlamps are provided upon arrival & included in the price of dinner. We do apologize as we cannot split bills for dinners or lunch. Our 2017-2018 Winter/Summer season dinning price will increase to $89 per guest, with tax, gratuity & alcohol not included.

    Guests should arrive at the Nordic Center between 5-5:30 pm, ready to hike or ski to dinner, as there is only one seating for dinner.
