Hungry for an exceptional dining experience above and beyond the metro-cuisine scene? Take a one mile ski, snowshoe, or hike to the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse and savor an elegant evening of four-course dining in an idyllic backcountry setting.

Choice of Entrees:
Braised Elk Rack
Braised in a red wine shallot sauce and served with a celery root & potato puree and grilled leeks.
Stuffed Bison Tenderloin
Stuffed with herbs, spinach and pine nuts and topped with a lemon tarragon butter. Served with a celery root & potato puree and grilled leeks.
Duck Leg Confit
Spice rubbed duck leg with a creamy cilantro and green pepper sauce. Served with pineapple salsa and basmati rice.
Kerala Style Fish
Fish (TBD Mahi or Barramundi) rubbed with fragrant Indian spices and tamarind. Served in a coconut broth and served with basmati rice and pickled vegetables.

Skis, snowshoes, and headlamps are provided upon arrival & included in the price of dinner.
Guests should arrive at the Nordic Center between 5-5:30 PM ready to hike or ski to dinner. Dinner is served at 6:00 PM.
