Grilled Elk Tenderloin with a Wild Blueberry & Sage Port Reduction
Served with signature potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables

Oven Roasted Pheasant
Stuffed with wild mushrooms, apricots and pine nuts, served with wild rice and seasonal roasted vegetables

Pan Seared Risotto Cakes 
Topped with a wild mushroom ragu served on a bed of greens and with seasonal roasted vegetables

Dinner at the Cookhouse is $89.00 per guest

**(excluding alcohol, tax, & gratuity)**
Skis, snowshoes, and headlamps are provided upon arrival & included in the price of dinner.
20% Service/Gratuity is added to your final bill for your overall experience 
Guests should arrive at the Nordic Center between 5-5:30 PM ready to hike or ski to dinner. Dinner is served at 6:00 PM.
